How do I return an item?
We want our customers to be happy! We will be glad to make an exchange or send a merchandise credit if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact the buti-bag company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The buti-bag company will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please email email@example.com for return or exchange information. Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the case of a defective item, we will gladly exchange or give store credit for any item within 90 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return the item for credit.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns for items purchased from another retailer. Please see the retailer for their return policy.
