How many wipes will my Buti-Pod hold?Buti-pods hold up to 30 baby wipes and BIG buti-pods can hold up to 70 baby wipes.
Do wipes come with my Buti-Pod?No! Baby wipes are shown only for display purposes and must be obtained by the buyer separately. Our baby wipe sold without baby wipes included.
What are the dimensions of the mouse pouch?Mouse travel pouch and pad dimensions: 9" x 4.5" closed, 9" x 9" open. Extra thin mouse pad dimensions: 8" x 9".
What are the dimensions of the Buti Earth Bags?Dimensions when open (in inches): 13" wide x 15" high x 9.5" deep
Can my child use their Binkmeister while they sleep?NO! The pacifier clips and holders are NOT intended for use when child is sleeping or in their crib.
Can I carry baby wipes in my Buti-Pod on an airplane?Yes. Wipes are considered solids and can safely be brought on board in a carry on or purse.
What do I clean my Buti Earth reusable bag with?We suggest a disinfectant spray or warm water with some soap. Are buti earth bags are 100% reusable made with sturdy, long lasting construction.
International Shipping & Duties
Do you ship to my country?If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please send us an email to inquire about your specific country and to get a shipping quote. International shipping rates will apply.
Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
What are my payment choices?During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. International shipments are sent via a USPS shipping consolidator unless you choose "Priority International", which does cost quite a bit more, but is faster.
Tracking may take several days to show any movement and some countries do not track at all. It can take anywhere from 14 to 28 days to arrive. Our apologies, but we do not have any control over how quickly shipments arrive or if tracking information is updated. If “Priority International” shipping is not chosen, we are not responsible for lost orders.
What is the return policy?We want our customers to be happy!
We will be glad to make an exchange or refund if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact the buti-bag company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The buti-bag company will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization. Original Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please send us an email for return or exchange information. Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective merchandise must be returned unless otherwise agreed by us. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund once the merchandise has been returned to our location.
If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from another retailer.

How do I navigate the site?To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

On in-stock items, you should receive your purchase within 3-5 business days after shipment has been made. Backordered items will be shipped as available. You will receive an email with shipping information upon shipment. We ship via USPS and FedEx Ground. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping or have a special shipping request. Additional charges may apply.
Due to high level of demand and to the made-by-hand nature of our products, it usually takes us 2-4 weeks to restock an item once it is sold out.
Shipping Rates will be calculated upon checkout if international.
International Shipping - please note that international shipments via US Post can take up to 4 weeks for deliveryMost countries will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please contact us to discuss your needs and for shipping rate quotes if your country isn't a choice in our shipping dropdown menu during checkout. If you place an order without getting a quote from us on shipping charges, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded. We ship internationally via USPS First Class and USPS Priority. Our shipping charges a based on actual shipping costs to specific countries - we try very hard to keep these updated so the shipping costs are as low as possible.
International orders may have customs duties due upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Certainly. Simply enter the recipient's information in the shipping address information. If you'd like us to include a message on a gift card, please let us know when checking out.

Depending on the size of the product/s ordered, we will be happy to tastefully gift wrap items for our retail customers. Extra charges may apply.
