How do I return an item?

Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy! We will be glad to make an exchange or refund if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact the buti-bag company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The buti-bag company will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please email info@butibag.com for return or exchange information. Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the case of a defective item, we will gladly exchange or refund for any item within 90 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and defect is required. Please send an email to info@butibag.com for instructions on how to return the item.
